My main interest in Cegep Saint Laurent, currently a public French college, is historical. The oldest buildings on campus were built in the first half of the nineteenth century. They add character not just to the college, but also to the neighborhood around it. Other buildings on campus include a historical museum called MUMAQ Musée des métiers d'arts du Québec.
Public French-language college located in the ville Saint Laurent of the city of Montreal, Quebec. It is a few doors south of the English-language public college Vanier, wich you can take a double program and study in both French and English. The college offers two types of programs: pre-university and technical. The pre-university programs, which take two years to complete, cover the subject matters which roughly correspond to the additional year of high school given elsewhere in Canada in preparation for a chosen field in university. The technical programs, which take three years to complete, applies to students who wish to be career-ready; however, many students choose to pursue a university degree. In addition, the Continuing Education Centre offers a wide variety of credit courses and programs with flexible scheduling.
Not bad for a french cegep. The student council/executive group has a few problems that need to be taken care of. However on terms of teaching staff, I find that most program teachers are friendly and welcoming. The music program is filled with great players. Had a bad experience with general education classes here.
met some of the friendliest, most caring, genuine people here! Really had an amazing experience with my bunch of geeks, nerds and weebs. despite for being gone for 3 years now, I still see those people on a regular basis. The most accepting, diverse place you'll encounter!
Great college! Musically incline and filled with cultural gatherings. Teaching wise its a great place. They have a great nursing program and the sports facilities are also updated.
