The Davison family has made maple syrup here on our farm for over 110 years. Although we now use more modern sap collection techniques (pipelines instead of buckets!), we still produce pure maple products the old-fashioned way here at the camp.
Since opening our Pancake House in 1995, we’ve shared our enthusiasm for ‘Sugar Season’ with thousands of guests throughout the region and across the world during these six special weeks each year.
Davison’s is one of many excellent maple producers in the Cobequid Mountains in Cumberland County. Here, conditions are ideal for sap collection and syrup production. A full 70% of Nova Scotia’s maple syrup comes from Cumberland County.
We take bookings, but only for large groups on the weekday, on the weekends customers are served on a first-come first-served basis.
