Stupid and bad design of those small round tea cups, can not open it. It's so dumb, they never thought about how tight it could get. I have arthritis and this tea stresses me out more that anything. Ridiculous design, so fn dumb
I was fortunate to have been served by three awesome young ladies: Amanda, Elka, and Nikki. Their hilarious sense of humour and positive demeanour made me stick around long enough to buy a lot more than I had intended, but Thankfully their knowledge made those purchases worthwhile

Fantastic service for someone getting back into drinking tea
I waited almost 20 minutes for my tea today. Ended up just leaving because I was so annoyed. Albeit it was busy, but it wasn’t loud. Nobody called me or anything. & Lol their employees are leaving 5 star reviews

Girls were very helpful and recommended some great teas. They were so good I had to bring a bunch home with me.
I never have a bad experience at this DAVID's TEA...the people there are actually really friendly and they make great suggestions without being pushy. I appreciate that. They've helped me pick some of my all time favorite kinds of tea! 2 Thumbs up!
