I've ordered this in different locations several times, and this is so far the worst one I've had. Somehow it taste sweet but watery, as if the tea is diluted so they added more condensed milk.
Great experience! Staff was polite and asked me how my day was. The tapioca was cooked perfectly that’s the most important thing to me
I don’t know what’s wrong with this company ,, different locations have different taste .. I been to different locations and the taste is totally different , some locations do taste like tea and some locations taste just like some milk shake even I order the same thing . I won’t buy anything again from chatime.
They are little slow and not appreciative of other ethnicity. I love their teas but never appreciated my ethnicity, I really don’t know why. On the the other hand Elgin And Leslie Chatime has out standing service, very respectful to the customers.
This location seems to be under staffed. The first time i came, the drinks were diluted and tasted like water mixed with milk. I thought I got a one off. The second time I came the exact same thing happened
