Like many in our area, I was away on course for an extended period when it came time to list our home. This left my wife, alone with three young children and a dog, to prepare the house. This was a huge relief as anyone with young children can relate to the struggles my wife was faced with readying our home for showings. My family and I were coming from out of country and were posted to Trenton. David spent the week with us, his patience and knowledge of military entitlements due to his prior service were exactly what we needed. His ability to keep us on track when at times it felt helpless was amazing! I highly recommend David, he has continued to support our family even after the close of our house in 2012. When the next posting message comes, he will be the only realtor we call, he is honest and gets the military life which is exactly what we need.

I would highly recommend David and his team to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home. While I have used Team Weir in the past with great success, I recently sold my home in Frankford. I just wanted to write a few words about the recent sale of our home and the experience we had hiring David Weir and his team. We put our house up for sale two weeks ago, we were quite surprised on the amount of interest and how many showings we had. David and his assistant Victoria were always very considerate timing the showings and provided feedback on every one. They were always available for questions day or night. We ended up with multiple offers (four) and we received above asking by quite a bit. I can’t say enough about how hard David and his team works. He is by far the best agent we have ever had and we have had many over the years. He made the whole process as smooth as possible. I know without him we would have never gotten close to what we received. Not only is this man a great supporter of our community he is an amazing agent
