We help people prepare Wills, Power of Attorney and Representation Agreements. We meet with clients to discuss plan, answer questions, then write it all down; keep things as simple as possible. We often are able to accept appointments as people's Executor.3. I would like to acknowledge the service that Danielle provides. She accepted me on short notice on Friday evening. I had to redo the Guarantor form PPTC 132 after another notary screw it up by putting a pressed stamp on my photo. She is attentive and super caring about her clients. It also surprised me that for the better quality of work she charges less than her male rivals. I would really recommend her services for all who need professional support for all the documents regarding a passport application.
David Watts assisted my husband and me to make our Wills, Power of Attorney and Representation Agreements. After my initial meeting with David, the documents were drafted and emailed to us. We made a couple of changes and then met with David and his staff to sign the documents. The process took two weeks. Each meeting lasted less than an hour. We found David to be highly skilled, hard-working, experienced, efficient, punctual and friendly. He listened to us with undivided attention, asked pointed questions, took detailed notes and gave us expert advice. We were pleased to find out that, in contrast to our previous notaries, David did not indulge in irrelevant comments, inappropriate self-disclosure and unsolicited lecturing. It was a truly delightful experience.
I recently redid my Will with David Watts and he made the entire process very easy. He sent me all the necessary prep work to complete prior to our meeting so that our time together drafting the update was quick and efficient. He is very clear and thorough in his explanations and when going over the legalese. We also went through my Power of Attorney documents and he explained in detail the Representation Agreement I was thinking of putting in place. He is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Thank you David!
Our experience with David was excellent. I believe our first point of contact was on a Friday afternoon, and David worked late to ensure that not only our work was completed, but that our expectations were exceeded. Throughout our entire experience, David made us feel as if we were a priority. He was easy to contact, very understanding, and easy to talk to; further, his fees were very reasonable. I would highly recommend David. Thanks again David and team!
David updated our wills for us and also did Power of Attorney and Representative Agreements. I was very impressed by his service and how thorough he was. The things we thought would be complex turned out to be simple. His broad experience was invaluable in helping us reach decisions that were right for us and our situation. I would highly recommend David if you want to get your will done.
I chose David Notary while I purchased my first condo in early 2020, and it was all fine in the beginning. However, in the end when I needed some document to apply for the first time home buyer GST rebate, and the person who helped me I will not write name on here scanned the copy with a sticky note on it and send it to me, and he told me I just need to send these documents to CRA. After I forward the document to CRA my claim was then denied, because there were other documents that were still missing and of course the sticky note on the document were blocking some important information so was also rejected. I reached out again and he just apologized and sent me the other documents which I should've gotten the first time. Now I have sent over and it is been over a year since I moved in and IAM STILL WAITING for the rebate. I reached out to see if they offer loyalty discount since I did purchase another place and will be built in couple years, he mentioned their firm always offer the excellent service that's why they do not offer loyalty discount. Yes the service is so excellent that a sticky note was left on an important scanned document for the client to send to the CRA.... I then decided to go with another Notary since my was screwed up the first time and I wasn't going to pay full price and take the chance that they might screw it up again. Unfortunately I cannot recommend due to my experience.
