We have had great experiences with Pauline's office in helping us navigate the sale and purchases of our homes. Their fees are very reasonable, and the staff are professional, efficient, excellent communicators, and very organized. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Do not come to this office. Don't get me wrong. Staff were helpful but the office felt so disorganized. I don't understand how this office runs when they have stacks and stacks of paper covering every corner of every wall. Feels like at any moment, someone could knock some paper over and your file would be lost. It does not give me confidence as a client when there's barely any room to walk through. It's the 21st century, could they not handle some of this digitally? Not to mention electronic signing?? I feel bad for the staff as they were pleasant and looked like they were trying their best in an obviously poorly managed place.

Had over 6 transactions with Pauline and her team throughout the years and every time they were diligent, punctual, efficient, and professional. Thank you for your years of service and making every transaction that much easier!

I was referred by Pauline’s mother who thought her daughter can help us. Surprisingly, we got the worst service. She urged us to go ahead on what she suggested in only one call. I told her I need to know more and discuss with my family. She hung up on me. Don’t waste your time.
