Extremely disappointed in how I was treated today, I really wish the owner could have seen this.. The jeans I purchased from here needed to be shortened and brought in more at the bottom, I was told just told No I will not have my tailor do that. The young man was ignorant to me as soon as I stepped in the door. They were not tailored the way we had them pinned and I simply wanted them adjusted. I immediately went to a different tailor and they had no problem adjusting the pants the way I wanted them done. I have purchased multiple items from this store over the years and will NEVER be returning!

Didn't answer a couple questions I had asked him and abruptly left 3 minutes into our conversation. I left not knowing anything about getting a suit there except how long it takes

We came to David E. White for a groom’s suit. Brian was helpful from the moment we walked in the door. He took in details of what we were looking for and showed us all the options and added a little creativity of his own that helped to realize our vision all the more. Brian always treated our purchase as important, even if it wasn’t likely to be his most profitable sale for that month. He took the time to do multiple fittings until the groom felt it looked perfect. He took our opinions seriously at the same time giving helpful suggestions. He made sure to connect with me on dress colours, even bringing in a selection of ties that complemented the bridesmaid’s dresses. We were so pleased we chose to purchase with him!

I've been a loyal customer of David E. White for close to 20 years and hope to continue to be for many more. Ken and Walter in the barbershop are top notch and always take care of me quickly and sometimes on short notice which is much appreciated. Joshua and David are always extremely helpful in getting me taken care of for anything I need and having the tailoring and dry cleaning in house is a huge plus and makes it one stop shopping. Highly recommended!

You can’t go wrong shopping at David E. White. The quality and selection of clothing is fantastic and Brian and David are amazingly helpful and friendly. And if you really want to treat yourself get a shave and a haircut from Ken or Walter.

These fellows are the best clothiers you will find in London. The store carries nothing but good, quality product. David goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. You will always be treated professionally and with a keen eye for the intersection between fashion and your preferences.

Expensive and service was lacking. Dont get me wrong - quality clothes cost money however the shop is priced 20-30% higher than comparable Montreal and Toronto shops that carry the same items. The clerk was not interested in fitting me for pants and after trying one pair told me he probably doesn't have a pair to fit me I'm a 34 waist, 5'10, 180lbs I'd return if I was looking for something specific that didn't require fitting but would never make this my "go to" clothier. Also, parking is a real pain.

Deb has been cutting my hair since last June and always does an amazing job!!

Customer service Brian is a very patient person, told me lots of info of custom suit, although it came out an expensive price. Hope it worth.
