I cannot recommend David enough for anyone seeking out their dream home! I moved back to the mainland (after spending four years on Vancouver Island), and was itching to put down some roots and find a place to call my own. David devoted a lot of time and effort into finding me places which met my needs, as well as my budget. I instantly fell in love with the first condo we viewed, and put an offer down on it that evening. Less than 24 hours later, the papers were signed. The process could not have been any more seamless, especially with his many years of experience to guide me along the way. Thank you for helping me find my beautiful condo, David!

My husband and I just bought our first home through David and we couldn't be happier. David went above and beyond for us. As a first time home buyer, I knew absolutely nothing about the process. David took the time to answer all my questions and was very thorough, making the process as stress free as possible. He was very professional and honest and we will no doubt use him again in the future.
