Not a golden experience. What part of this pretzel is golden? It tastes like a yeasty piece of bread. Underbaked , not enough butter, yuck. Even with sugar and cinnamon, tasteless. This used to be a really decent pretzel place. Waste of $5.
Went here feb 28 @5:15 pm to buy pretzels the large add price say, 6 for $24no tax so I ordered 6. She. Yhen tells me it's $27+ and I showed her the sign and was told actually we are going to change the price so I asked her to call her supervisor and she just stared at me and then says if you dont want it for $27+ price you can leave it.
I’ve come to this establishment in the past and have gotten shotty service. Either the pretzel is decent or overdone — it’s a gamble. I’ve stopped by 2 times this week and there has been no one at the booth to provide any service. They’re supposed to open at 10am and at 11:30 there’s no one there. I phoned the second time to see if someone may have been in the back or if the phone was forwarded to management — maybe there’s a staffing issue. Nothing. Even if there is a staffing issue then the time online should be adjusted. Communication with customers is important. Very disappointing.
I am truly upset about my experience. I drove nearly an hour to purchase pretzels from this location. However, it was closed. They didn’t have the curtesy to update their Google hours. As a result, my time was wasted. I will not be coming back as they clearly don’t care enough to make sure their information is accurate.
There were two girls working tonight. One was baking away and the other serving customers. They helped each other with the constant line up of 1-2 people. I ordered the original pretzel dipped in butter with salt. They gave me a fresh out of the oven pretzel and it was delicious and it only cost me $2.10. I will definitely go back and I strongly recommend it!
WorT experience today ever. The employee was so rude and wasn't there for over 10 mins then refused to make my order fresh. No thank you no have a nice day. Just argued with me all because I wanted my pretzels made fresh. Will never go back there ever again. That employee needs to learn customer service and respect she was also on her phone.
Warm, fresh and delicious pretzels. Staff are friendly however I wasn’t asked if I was interested in the pretzel program and missed out with an order we placed and was signed up after the fact.
The young woman working on Tuesday, July 5th, around 4 pm deserves a raise, and I'm sure her fellow employees do as well. I passed by the kiosk a couple times and she never had a free moment between customers and making fresh pretzel products. She handled a large group of customers, some of which were being unreasonable or creepy, with efficiency and dignity. She also made a damn good pretzel. Management should look into a location that could house a larger oven for customer satisfaction is all I will say, to spare employees from taking the brunt of complaints out of their control
I would even give negative rating . The reps like to stand free use their phones in the kitchen area . This is my second day when I went to ask if you have Italian pretzel . She said in very rude tone check the menu and avoided me and went inside the kitchen. Yesterday I went to ask Italian pretzel , staff said I don’t have seasoning and started using phone. The worst customer service. Staff does not want to work and they should be trained to be polite and should serve the customers instead of using their phones . I am writing the review because It happened with me twice consecutively and both of them were using the phones and ignoring customers. Management please talk to you staff about it who worked on Aug 12 and Aug 13,2022. They might tell you different situation , but this is the true thing that happened.
The pretzels were amazing! But the service was not the best. One girl there was nice, and one girl there was very rude. She called my sister a “white chic” even though she is brown. Overall food was 4/5 and the service 1/5.
