Cinnabon

Just left a few minutes ago from picking up my order. Staff member “May” is unprofessional, upon asking if my pick up order was the one next to them I was completely ignored. There was another female as well but did not get her name. I went and asked another staff on the other side of the counter away from the register, who went and picked my order up which was right next to May. Cinnabon’s were cold. Reviews are accurate, will not be returning. Will make the trip to shoppers world, close this location down or hire staff that wanna work and know customer service.

Bought a box and icing on the side. What happened to the cream cheese icing flavour that made Cinnabon so good? It was absolutely awful and tasted like fake icing sugar. So unsatisfying and definitely not worth the money or calories anymore. So disappointing.

That was the most driest Cinnabon I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. If you want a pack don’t waste money. You’re better off going else where such as shoppers world get a nice moist Cinnabon smh and well baked.

Wouldn’t mind paying the 7 bucks for a good cinnamon bun but it was so soggy and wasn’t put together very well. I’ve gotten the mini ones in the boxes before and those tasted much better.

The last time I ordered a pack of 6 here, it was far from fresh. Stale, dry and obviously has been left overnight from the day before. Sometimes I see the staff frosting up some old packs so they can resell it at the front as if it's "brand new". I don't recommend this place unless you get the stuff they serve individually. I'm even suspicious of the "centre of the rolls" they sell. Yuck.

I love Cinnabons but your employees need to be retrained on how to speak to customers I wasn’t pleased at all with the attitude I got the last time I visited I regretted even spending my money there because of how I was treated like if you don’t have a product just say so don’t give me attitude when I KNOW what I’m talking about just say not at this location or if you are gonna suggest another store there’s a way to be respectful instead of somehow feeling entitled because u work behind a counter and talking down to me with lots of sass I’ve never worked customer service but I know better than to treat anyone like that

Always fresh batches when I picked up a box. Extremely delicious and a must have! Warning: Very high calories per regular cinnamon roll. Almost 1000, each!

Very good cinnamin bun place, the smell is very easy strong and can lure people in that are passing by to go to the food court, they make the buns fresh and you can watch them roll the dough and put them in the oven, the taste is good but can be too sweet after eating a bun by yourself.
