I called almost 2 hours in advance, told them that they may have trouble finding my place. 40 minutes after they should have arrived I had missed my seating at a valentines dinner that I had paid 100 dollars to attend. I can't believe in this day and age NOBODY there can use google maps. Even with the advanced warning they were utterly useless.

Service is mediocre, often feels rushed and that you're another number in the overall queue. Would recommend dads taxi.

One of the drivers physically pushed me out of the way using his van when I went to take a photo of his licence plate. The manager couldn't care less, so I had to get the police involved. I've boycotted this scummy business and hope others do as well.
