Waited over a hour for a food pick up. When we called back wondering when the food was gonna be here they got rude and short with us, cut us off while we were talking and told us we didn't tell them it was for food and told us to call someone else. We will not call Dads taxi ever again. We will gladly wait over a hour for a taxi company that is busy and respectful to their customers like Danny's.

While backing up in the petawawa beer store parking lot, I was going to back into a spot next to a car that was crookedly parked. While I was backing up, he decided to back up at a 45 degree angle and backed up into me while I was backing into my spot. He was parked, I was moving and he blindly rear ended me. I do not recommend taking a ride from a driver who can't drive.

So I called dad's taxi and they told me 15-20 minutes( which isn't a problem) I call back 40 minutes later just incase something happened and they guy on the dispatch tells me the driver has 1 more call to do then he will come get me. I don't know much about taxi services but generally you don't take certain calls over others. Definetly not pleased with the service

They went above and beyond.....I live in Italy and wanted to buy a gift for my son, who lives in Pembroke, and have it delivered to him. My son has been working hard on house renovations, so I wanted to show him that I am thinking of him; even from so far away. Dad's Taxi picked up the gift and delivered it to my son, only charging the cost of the gift. Thank you for helping with with a surprise of love. During a time when we hear of so much bad in the world, it is nice to hear about a story of very kind people.
