Every day, Danielle handpicks gently worn designer label and high-end clothing and accessories that meet her exacting standards of style and quality. All unsold and unclaimed clothing is donated to the Women In Need Society (WINS)—a not-for-profit organization that assists women and children in low income and/or transitional situations.

Although I haven't bought anything at Danielle's yet or even been to the store, due to a mix up with the address on my credit card my attempt to buy a gift card for my niece failed and I called the store to resolve it. The nice girl there took my number and shortly thereafter I received a call from Danielle herself. In a couple minutes we had my issue sorted. I cannot express how nice it is to be able to talk to an owner who runs their business themselves and cares about its customers. I was in to the store this weekend- Saturday afternoon. I was really looking forward to shopping there so I was incredibly disappointed to discover the young ladies working there couldn’t have been more disinterested in me as a customer. I was not greeted by either one nor asked if they could help at all. I’m fact, they worked against me. I hung a dress I liked on the “ to try “ rack myself, because it was clear neither one was going to lift a finger to do their job! I was the only one in the store. When I went to try on the dress, it was gone. I hunted them down and they said they were confused by the dress hanging on the “try on” rack and had put it away …?! Terrible experience and I won’t be back. Way too many consignment stores out there with thoughtful and engaged employees.
I have been purchasing and consigning with Danielle's for a few years now whenever I want to overhaul my closet, and I have had a positive experience each time! Consignment terms are clear, replies and phone calls are met very promptly, and quick turnaround on credit when you have it in your account. I have purchased items from Danielle's both online and in-store, and I have loved every piece. Highly recommend for both purchasing and consigning.
Came here on an emergency outfit run! Such a cute cute store! The person working there was such a sweetheart and I found the perfect jeans for my outfit! Pretty reasonable prices, keeping in mind that it has higher quality labels! Definitely a must visit !

I've ordered online a few times to pick up in store. My least favourite part of this store is the location. It's very hard to get parking down there as it's on a main Street downtown area which is insanely busy and very limited parking. The location itself is kinda cramped but they have alot of stuff in store, way more then what you see online. Unfortunately, like almost every consignment store, it's full of stuff from Wilfred, Zara and Lululemon which I'm personally sick of. Can't escape these brands!!! I don't ever shop consignment for mall brands as they are not expensive to begin with and the market is saturated with them. If your looking for luxury brands this isn't the place but they have a huge selection of lower brands if that's what your looking for.
There are a lot of consignment stores in Calgary that I like, but this one is more like a 15/10. The selection is well curated with a lot more unique finds. The shoe/boot selection is really good too which is rare at most consignment stores.
This shop is amazing! Lots of beautiful items in perfect condition. Danielle and the staff are lovely, always happy to help you find what you’re looking for.
The ladies that work here are so nice. Always a pleasure shopping here. Brought in some bags to consign and the lady that helped me thanked me for bringing in stuff and explained how the process works and everything. Items are fairly priced. And in nice condition. Lots of stock. And items from higher end to low end brands. 1 of the best consignment stores in Calgary
Hi all, I live in BC & during a online hunt for my holy grail bag, it appeared on Danielle's site; next day I called & spoke with a friendly, professional SA. I hung up & immediately ordered it. My LV Arrived in 3 days, nicely packaged with a note from Danielle. The experience was an 11/10. I'll be back!
