I was on hold for almost ONE HALF HOUR.  I called at 2:32 pm and listened to more commercials about banking services until almost 3:00.  I do not like banking online.  Like most seniors, I am not great with a computer and prefer to speak with a person about any important issues.  I think this amount of :"wait time" is unacceptable
