I would recommend Deborah to anyone looking to lease or buy. She has an incredible amount of experience, which she passes along to her customers. She was everything we needed during this process; a voice of reason and knowledge and always had a joke (or two) and a kind word to go along with it. She was patient and available. She helped to turn a horrible situation into a positive experience. I can't say enough good things about this agent. We felt like we were being taken care of my friend. She's personable and honest and was exactly who we needed.

We met Deborah in the fall 2014 when we were looking for a condominium apartment . She was super knowledgeable and professional and at the same time so friendly and made us feel at ease. She was always honest and shared her opinion with us. Deborah set us up to get daily email update of new MLS listings that match our requirements. She set up all the viewings we were interested in, drove us around to each place, most of the times 4-5 in one day. I would highly recommend Deborah and will definitely work with her again!

Deb is amazing to work with! She was in tune to our needs and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. She made herself available and arranged for viewings when it was convenient for us. Attentive, hard-working, and didn't give up until I found a home I loved. Deb also has amazing negotiating skills which I personally witnessed as she got top price for my house when we sold it. A complete pleasure to work with and I would now call her a friend. Highly recommended!

The agent Tito Huynh lied about the previous purchase price of the house we intend to buy. Its only after we purchase the house and spoke to our neighbors that we found out the truth. We definitely overpaid.
