I come here for their Thai iced tea regular and the green tea one whenever I visit Pacific Mall. My tea orders are always with less/no sugar and no ice. However, I just noticed that they do charge extra for no ice. I also tried their Vietnamese coffee during this visit. 1 Thai Green Tea I don't see a lot of places offering a green tea version of Thai iced tea maybe I haven't looked that much but I find myself enjoying this version than the original red one. The tea itself is flavourful and fragrant and I do love green tea probably why I like this one more. It has been awhile since I had the regular Thai iced tea though so perhaps I will try it on my next visit. 2 Vietnamese Iced Coffee I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I've been meaning to try this drink for awhile. I enjoyed it very much and it was nice and hot. The condensed milk wasn't too strong and complemented the coffee really well. We had to wait about five minutes for the drink but they make it fresh.
We ordered a Vietnamese coffee that had a cheese foam on it topped with cocoa powder from Coffee Dak Lak. It was a promoted item, and our first time seeing this coffee shop at P-Mall so we opted to try it. Holy smokes, did it taste great! The lovely little shop is filled with owl design and themes as its main logo, and has a variety of asian-styled coffees. I'm happy with the atmosphere, the decor and the staff there was very kind and passionate about making the coffees. It did take a while, due to the complexity of how the coffee is made, but my partner and I had time to browse through the other store here before returning to pick up our drink. I advise going here when it's less crowded, as afternoons and lunch times there can be huge lineups here. Other than that, I would recommend Dak Lak, for coffee lovers who are looking for something creative to sip for their day! Vegetarian options: Non-dairy options available
Located on the second floor, on the right side as you enter, Coffee Dak Lak serves up a bold and sweet Vietnamese coffee that’s a nice change from the offerings at your typical North American coffee chains. Prices are a little steep and you should be prepared to wait a few extra minutes for your drink to be prepared but it is worth it.
A neat Vietnamese coffee place tucked on the west side of the Heritage Section on the 2nd floor of Pmall so on the right side of the section, along the side, as there is only one side you can enter in that area. We tried the condensed milk coffee and the egg coffee -- the latter took ten minutes to make as it is made from scratch. It was done with meticulous care and effort, and was delicious! We enjoyed our visit and would want to come back to try the other menu items, such as the durian milk!
Good things don't come cheap. Truly love Vietnamese Egg Coffee from this store. For 7 dollars, this specific coffee only comes in small. Had to wait 10mins for the staff to prepare. Thumbs up!Food: 5/5
We tried the thai milk tea and the iced espresso. My partner really enjoyed his espresso but i felt that the thai iced tea lacked something, it was a bit diluted? Interesting that they had a green version too, maybe that one is better.
Love the taste of the coffee here! Super super strong and no doubt in ones mind you are having coffee! I, myself, love being able to taste the coffee as strong as this. The difference when you taste other places strong coffees is that it has high potential it’s burnt and this was definitely not the case. The condensed milk cuts into the bold bitterness of the coffe giving that little hint of sweetness. They also have a vietnamese egg coffee, which I will definitely return to try! Service was great as they did recommendations on what to try and even asked if I’m looking for cold or hot. You know they’re there to promote the original viet coffee when it’s not the priciest item and they still push it! Very respectable to know that they are doing this as it’s what the place is known for. Great job on everything! And will definitely be returning g for that egg coffee! We were walking in Pmall and saw this cute cafe which is located on the second floor. After reading some reviews, we decided to order the Condensed Milk Iced Coffee as it was one of the more popular orders! Another popular drink on the menu is also their Vietnamese Egg Coffee which I will try next time. I was impressed because the coffee flavour was quite strong. I’ve had many iced coffee before, and the taste is usually diluted, but not theirs. The condense milk helped make it not as “bitter”, but not too much that would dominate the drink. If you’re a light sleeper, I don’t recommend getting this drink so late because i couldn’t sleep even after only having 1/3 of the large haha. IG: Ayenomz
Got the Durian Lover... no durian whatsoever!! I guess they tried to pass off the jackfruit slices as durian... my family also got the Summerlicious Special - 2 Mango Slush for $7.99 good deal. Tastes good but way too sweet. Both drinks were so overly sweet that the drink failed to quench our thirst - the kind that you need to drink water after to satisfy your thirst...
Coffee and condensed milk is like peanut butter and jelly in Asia. This place does it right using a dark roast on a percolator drip which balances the sweetness and creaminess of condensed milk. They also serve other vietnamese desserts. They have a couple of bar stools but it's really a take out place located in the 2nd flr of pac mall. Found the pricing of the coffee a bit much at $5.40 for a medium. Compare that to a grande at starbucks and it's double. If only pricing can be adjusted down and it'll align itself nicely to other vietnamese places offering good value and quality for a low price.
