Birthday Cake Remix is my go to and this location always gets it right! Staff is friendly and welcoming and quick. I’ve ordered pickup from this location also and it was ready on time and properly stored in a freezer until pickup!

Very friendly staff and very tasty ice cream! Highly recommend! It is the perfect way to cool down on hot summer days. I would recommend the cheesecake fantasy, add caramel, pecans and cookie dough... you can thank me later!

Ordered online for delivery. One was a smaller size than ordered, no utensils, a peep was thrown into the bag and the larger ice cream was crushed with a bunch of lids. The smaller one was leaking and crammed full. Never ordering again. Go to Dairy Queen if you’re reading this. Trust me.

Finally went after years of hearing hype and was disappointed. Ice cream was okay, but it doesn't seem to justify the price for me. The "mix-ins" are customizable to suit your liking. The "cold stone" seems rather gimmicky and does nothing special besides being a place to set your Ice cream on. I got the "mint mint chocolate chip" and thought to get a pint because I enjoy mint ice cream a lot. I ended up throwing most away after relising that it wasn't for me.

I ordered a few pints online for pickup. I went to pick it up a little while later and when I got home the ice cream was pretty badly melted. My car was not heated that much, as I literally live 6 mins away...6 mins! I also put the ice cream in the trunk, where it's even colder. In the dead of winter this is unacceptable. I suspect that they had it sitting out on the counter after scooping the pints and not in the freezer waiting like it should have been. It's a shame because their ice cream is really delicious but I won't be coming here again.

No complaints about the ice cream, it's always delicious and hits the spot every single time. I don't know if it is all or just this location but the variety of choice doesn't change very often. You may go a few months without ever seeing a new flavor appear. Same thing everytime, with so many delicious flavors you would think they would be rotated more frequently. Prices are also slightly high for what you get.

I am just over the moon thankful for Cold Stone. I purchased an custom ice cream cake for my son's 10th birthday! It was a big crazy day, friends and family arriving, kids running everywhere me setting up and cooking dinner. Well Cold Stone took one huge worry off my plate. I ordered online and THEY DELIVERED the cake to my house!!! It was beautiful and oh so delicious. It arrived in perfect condition within the exact time frame, and still frozen. It was the gem of the party and cold Stone literally delivered! Oh... Also the price... Same as the two other large chains in the area... Even with the delivery price which was minimal!

Ice cream here was just okay however I have it five stars because the worker Robert does a great job and is very entertaining. He really deserves a raise and would go back just for him!

Very disappointed. They somehow mixed strawberry and chocolate together? I have already left a bad review and don’t plan on spending another dime at this location. Don’t waste your money
