Dairy Queen

I’ve never thrown out a burger before, but I had to this time. I was in a hurry and hungry and just ordered the mushroom cheeseburger by itself. It was disgusting, the canned mushrooms and soupy sauce that I imagine was supposed to be cheese slid off immediately and there was nothing else on it. The beef patty had a distasteful consistency. Really sorry I went there. Hopefully their ice cream is better.

Soupy blizzards are never a hit, especially at the price they charge. Staff need to be trained properly. Tables and floors are always sticky and bathrooms are terrible. This used to be one of the best. Unfortunately it now seems like the worst.

Since when do they not do the flip test anymore at dairy queen ...the past few times we have gone for blizzards ..they havnt done them...and as soon as you leave the restaurant to eat your ice cream you can see why ...the blizzards are basically soup by the time you open them. And thats literally minutes after leaving the restaurant. I havnt complained in the past but lastnight we decided to get some again, and sure enough same thing ..no flip test. I left, got in my car, drove home quick drive in town and opened them up and basically the whole thing was soup. We had to drink half of our blizzard. Unacceptable and very disappointed.

I ordered the strawberry and cheesecake blizzard and it was absolutely the worst one I’ve ever ordered. The blizzard was already half melted literally dripping on the sides when received and the staff refused to make a new one. The service is horrendous here.

Staff went above and beyond. The cake I ordered for my son turned out perfectly! And the lovely worker made sure that it was nut free and gluten free. Thank you so much ! Everyone enjoyed it and one little boy was over the moon.
