I love DQ especially their burgers they are so juicy but their chicken burgers are not so juicy though. I am in love with their blizzards too, my favorite of them all is the strawberry cheesecake…Recommended dishesBlizzards, Double Cheeseburger
Burgers are always great but there is a consistent issue with portions, especially with onion rings and fries, and it is frequently noted in these reviews. I suspect that this franchise will feel the pressure of the recent opening of McDonalds though DQ have far superior burgers. And to the owner or manager. Retrain your staff on blending milkshakes. They frequently turn them into ‘milk’……and add a potato to the fries portions…..no worse feelin than seeing a fry for every finger in the bag.
Came for lunch and it wasn't a great experience. The drive thru person was rude and extremely quiet, the food was small portions compared to other Dairy Queen's and the vegetables on our burgers were disgusting. The lettuce was all 1ish inch spines of the plant and old, the tomatoes were transparent and old and the 2 slices of pickles were dry ... annnnnd pop was flat. We were out of town before noticing all of this, we called but then lost service..... all for the price of $32...
Got two BBQ honey chicken strip meals and paid $26 for two. Both have exactly the same amount. If your going to charge high prices, adjust your portions accordingly. This is disappointing.
Nice staff..very fast order prep..fresh buns and fries. Ate in... and we really like how they have ketchup and plenty of napkins at each table. Most fast food joints give bare minimum these days ketchup and napkins... Good option for quick eats.
Picked up some ice cream cones and freezes while trying to kill some time before check-in. They were consistent with other DQ locations. The staff at the drive-thru were prompt and courteous.
horrible dairy queen probably the worst one i’ve been to. they where rude and disrespectful. one of the workers came up to me and asked if anyone had taken my order and then when i said no they walked away and sat on there phone. and no it was not there break they just didn’t want to take my order. they also did not have anyone in the drive thru and no one was infront of me. i also found hair and plastic in my ice cream and so did my friend. they are very overpriced and my orange julius was gross and lumpy.and there pop has more water then pop.
I like ice cream cake the most, and burgers and fries are also good
I went up to the counter and asked for a side of ranch dressing and was told I had to pay for sauce. Okay no big deal. I payed the 50 cents or whatever it was, and when my mom went up to the counter and asked for a side of sauce they gave it to her for free. I don’t understand why I was forced to pay 50 cents when my mom got it for free. The price dosent bother me, but why do some customers get different treatment than others?
We ordered a large fries. They recommended a basket, we got back to our place an the box was half full... never in my life I've worked industry for over 5 years have we weighed fries!! All we wanted was a full box of fries an they just argued their "rules" we thankfully got a refund but I will never go to dq again unless it's for ice cream cake only and there is no marble slab around. Do not recommend for food.
