The food was edible.... I honestly went home to throw up. The bathroom was so dirty I could not use it, and makes me wonder what the kitchen is like. My original plan was to get a cake for my birthday after having lunch but decided against it, and will not be returning to this location. Thanks for ruining my birthday!!!Food: 3/5

I have tried their poutine and chicken strips. I love the poutine it had gravy with good consistency. But the strips was not that satisfying i feel like if it had less sauce it will may fix the issue which i had. Also have good customer serviceFood: 3/5
First things first, this Dairy Queen provides disappointment 95% of the time that we walk through the door. Among some of the problems are as follows: understaffed, crew not trained properly, very disorganized, and many of the orders are lackluster or served inaccurately. However, this recent experience was the icing on the cake, so to speak. To preface, we paid about $16.50 for three small sundaes exactly like in the photo shown. When ordering, we had asked for extra topping - as you can see, we received under the minimum, even though we had paid extra. Such was mentioned to the server, but they were apathetic in response and didn't do anything about it. The soft-serve ice cream itself hardly reached beyond the rim of the cup. One of the customers ended up waiting in line for nearly 10 minutes to ask for an extra side of topping, ice cream melting in the process. Unfortunately, we could have gone to the store and bought at least 3 large tubs of ice cream for the same price. I would recommend this to anyone looking for ice cream. Bottom line: lackluster service and product. Very disappointing. Also to note: No apparent manager on duty, majority of the staff were young, contrary to staff during the day. Day staff are the only people who have gotten it right thus far.
The cake was loved by all. Good fast service. Easy pick up.
Waited in drive through for ten minutes while workers chatted we saw to be told pop machine isn’t working and we had to pick a different drink. Waited another ten minutes on top of that for our food and the order wasn’t right, as suspected. Will not order food from here again. Very disappointed with time management skills here and poor customer service.
Although the treats are great this particular branch still fails at earning the the title of fast food for me. I've never had a wait time under 15 minutes for my order and even got sick from undercooked chicken fingers one time.
I recently walked in and ordered some grub from my favorite ice cream shop, and was surprised by how fast your service was. I didn't catch her name, but she was tall and working the cream machine. Her service was excellent, and I hope the rest of the staff followers her lead.
Food was good. Staff were okay, but hehe service was a little slow. It was a little busy. But 3 orders that came in after me got their stuff before I did.
