We won’t be going to this DQ location ever again. The Triple Truffle Blizzard cake was poorly made. We bought it expecting the truffle blend layer of ice cream to be chocolaty. Instead, it is just 100% vanilla ice cream slightly tinted without any chocolate flavor see photo. When I called, the general manager, Sheena was rude to me and my wife. Her tone was very poor and she said that “I should know that the chocolate colored ice cream is just tinted and is going to taste like vanilla. This is what her instructions from the corporate office for making it say.” Terrible cake and bad customer service.
Out of all the dairy Queens in Minnesota, this is definitely one of the better ones. I will however say that they keep messing up the frozen hot chocolate by using chocolate sauce rather than the cocoa fudge. I mean come on guys, It's the best part! Other than that they get everything made quickly and usually have a wide selection of treats available. Be prepared to wait however because it's usually really busy!
We had a client event here and the staff was amazing! They moved quickly to get everyone what they needed and all of our clients were having fun and loving the experience! Thanks to the DQ Woodbury staff for serving with excellence!
Their lobby closes at 7pm. Be patient as you wait through the drive thru. I waited 15 minutes from the time I entered the line DQ corner of Bielenbergto the time I was handed my order. However it still moved pretty smoothly. I would gather it all matters on who orders what and time of day. To all the workers, we appreciate you. :
I have known the owners for Dairy Queen for probably about 30 some years. And once again they are fantastic. We asked for a blizzard cake with a happy birthday and the name. Gave him a couple colors told them to go for it. It was so cute and it was so festive. The guests at the party absolutely loved it. It was great to eat also.
Make sure you check your orders are correct while in the premise. By default, they seem to push for a meal knowingly, hoping you would not return to correct the order. As for the food, it's your typical fast food with, you know, salty and ....
decent food, good ice cream. friendly service. but expensive. have always been treated very well. My nephew loves dilly bars, here he is sharing with his grandfather.
Opened my burger right after I left the drive thru and it was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted like now I have to microwave it at home. This happened last time too.
Ordered large heath blizzard. Supposedly thick ice cream especially when you put it upside down but it was already melting and there were hardly any toppings in it. It was good still. The place wasn't busy at all when we order.
We love a little ice cream cone treat for a birthday! Not to often- just for special.
