My friends and I have frequented this Cold Stone location a handful of times over the past week. Every time it has been very busy, and the employees have been very lazy and were more concerned with personal conversations with each other rather than focusing on the customers. Today I placed an online order, we arrived to pick it up and waited at the checkout for several minutes before even being acknowledged. Thankfully I checked the bag, because we were missing an entire bowl. The bowls that we did receive were extremely messy, and the lids were not even on all the way. When we went back inside to get the rest of our order, the employees were very rude and unapologetic. I understand these are tough times but it doesn’t take much to be sincere. Sadly we won’t be back to this location. Ice cream was good though.
I love Coldstone Creamery. My favorite ice-cream is the Cheesecake Fantasy with a twist. I usually get half Cheesecake and half Cake Batter, blueberries, coconut, Twix, and graham pie crust. Nom nom . This location is awesome. They are very generous with the amount of ice-cream and toppings. So happy and pleased with their service
I’m always a big fan of cold stone!!!! You can basically get any type of ice cream and topping combination you can wish for. I’m never disappointed. My favorite is their signature German chocolattekake in a waffle cone. And this is the only place I can find “blue ice cream” for my kids.
Cold Stone is one of my favorite ice cream shops. They keep updating their flavors, and they have a wide variety to choose from. They also have a wide variety of toppings. They also allow you to try samples of the flavors before you buy it, so you don't have to take any chances! I would recommend Cold Stone to anyone looking for a different type of ice cream experience
The staff was great, they were able to make my ice cream from the untouched stuff in the back since I'm gluten-free! Very friendly!

Went here today with my Mom... wonderful service. The workers were kind. Ice cream was delicious I ordered Coffee Lovers.
Waited in line for well over 30 minutes when only 2 of the 4 of the staff members were helping customers. The line was out the door and someone was doing dishes??? It baffled me that all hands were not on deck, especially with less than an hour before close. And I was over charged but the gal ringing me up already had a bad attitude so I kept my mouth shut. Great ice cream but if I was the boss I would want to know what goes on when i’m not there….

Cold Stone lives up to there reputation, it's delicious, I got the German chocolate ice cream with a white chocolate dipped cone
