Paid $13 for 6 tenders a small fry which should have been a large and Untoasted toast. Never got a receipt and the clerk that took my order needs to learn to not interrupt and to listen. I get the rise in cost for food but my god this was embarrassing
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I orders a large meal and when I got it, the fries were about half full and cold. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard also. I should have asked for a vanilla blizzard because there was about 5 pieces of cookie dough through the whole thing. Burger was cold. Burger also tasted terrible because they literally threw all the pieces together. Fries were cold and not what I paid for. Blizzard was terrible. Paid almost $20 for the worst thing ever.
I got the chocolate extreme blizzard with extra stuff. It was bomb. Also the chicken strip basket had amazing fries, perfectly crisp and fluffy on the inside. Lastly the gravy was to die for. Such an amazing dipping sauce. 10/10 l.Recommended dishesBlizzard's
When the grant road location closed it was hard because I had been going there all my life but am so happy that we still have the Wenatchee location. Dairy Queen ice cream is my favorite and the ice cream cakes are what I get on my birthday every year. The staff where kind and helpful and prepared my order fast and perfect. Hot eats Cool treats highly recommend this business
Stopped by Dairy Queen Wenatchee. It was good to know it is under new management.. The new team dealing was professional as well as friendly. The order was delivered in an efficient way. Much better and quick service than the previous management. Wenatchee has improved Dairy Queen now.
I've been here multiple times and always get the same thing the ultimate brownie blizzard and always ask to please remember my fudge. Guess what this is the 4th time I've been promised it will be in there and I paid more for extra. I even asked the girl if they remembered it at the window she said yes. Wow surprise not in there tonight.
Ordered 1 single deluxe and one single deluxe meal with onion rings instead of French fries. We got 4 onion rings, cold hamburgers with cold buns. No sundae. It was awful. And it was 17 dollars. Never again
The kid who took our order failed to get it right the first. Then could give us the right total. When we got our food we were missing bread from one basket and ranch from the other. No body was wearing hair nets or properly wearing gloves. I tried calling and no body picked up. I'm very unhappy with the service, if I could give zero stars I totally would.
I’m gonna give a 4 star because I’m trying to cut them some slack. You couldn’t go inside to order or eat so the drive thru was extra slammed. Waited to get a blizzard and the blizzard was delicious as usual.
I had a coupon for a $3.99 double two cheese deluxe an regular fries. I went through drive through an told them I had a coupon for this, I got my hamburger an went to grab a fry an had none, so I had to drive back an get my fries. Went home an looked at my receipt and I was charged $7.49 for my hamburger when the coupon was for $3.99. This is horrible customer service!!
