Customer service is -5 stars and atmosphere is -5. Rudeness is never a good look. My rating is based on how the employee spoke to & treated us, as well as, the yelling that is required to order through drive thru.Food: 3/5

When going through the drive-thru the employees yell at you over the speaker and constantly have a sign up about "highway noise". The drive-thru speaker almost blew my eardrums out, and they still got my simple order wrong even though I ordered just a single cheese burger and a milkshake.

Went to pickup a mobile order in the drive thru since the interior was closing soon, was directed to go inside after waiting in the drive thru line. Waited for 30 minutes for an employee to address all of the customers picking up while other staff announced the interior area was closing. Received the items and they were melted since they had already been made and left behind the counter the whole time I was waiting +30 minutes.

I love it here they've never messed up I love it I love it I love it I love it they're open really late at night and all the food is good and all the ice cream is good my best friend and I go here all the timeFood: 5/5

We asked for the burgers to be made fresh but when we got them they were dry. We had the same experience the last time we came. We won’t be returning.

Took my niece 2yrs oldto DQ just to find a Pill in her basket box. This is really disturbing, what happen if she would had ate it? Don’t even know if she ate one of them. Call into the store and they ask me if I order it fresh. WHAT DOES THAT HAS TO DO ANYTHING

.79 cents, for a like 10 peanuts is a bit steep. The place was clean. The workers were all unhappy. Ice cream was good. Probably should have just went with the drive thru.

Food was okay. The pot holes, small amount of space and the cashier had no welcoming demeanor. Rude responses as we could not hear one another on their intercom. Bad choice putting your restaurant next to the interstate. Seriously, get enthused employees.Food: 2/5

My daughter has been working her since September. She was doing good until she got sick with double ear infection and was out for a bit. Now there is this girl Kayana there that has been BULLYING and harassing her for the last two weeks. I reported this to Corporate and of course they won't help. So I think it's time for a good lawyer and lawsuit against the owner and Dairy Queen.

the person working the drive thru was extremely nice i don’t know their name but they had pins all over their hat. blizzards and milkshake were delicious
