Love DQ I grow up on queen street so I'd be down there everyday and they would always give me free toys, when they had toy for kids meals. food is always good and the restaurant serves are very nice and loving. It's like a second home to me..

Love their burgers and onion rings and ice cream obviously but I don't understand why they make you wait off to the side for your meal when you order a basic cheeseburger meal and especially when they give you the cheeseburger meal but they don't put Ketchup in the bag. Other than that it's a great place. And amazing birthday cakes.

Never call in an order. I called in an order for 11:30 I was on a strict schedule and clarified it would be ready for 11:30. Upon arriving, not only did they not have my order ready with 30 mins notice but they didn’t even have recorded what I ordered. What’s the point of doing orders if you don’t even keep track of what comes in?

Not just for humans to get a cool treat!

Good food quickly and I've never had a complaint about anything here.

My wife and I ordered blizzards and both of them were horribly mixed, nothing but vanilla on the bottom half. That really made the whole experiance rotten....DO BETTER. THIS HAPPENS FAR TO OFTEN THERE

A Great place to get a Caramel Sundae and have real Good Burgers to !

Was there today around 2:30. Really dirty place. We had to clean a table, the first 2 tables had hair on one, spilt milk and wet napkins on the floor at the other, so we cleaned table #3 ourselves. We ate and left. There still wasn't anybody cleaning tables when we left.

Horrible customer service, employees are very rude and rushed you to order! This place has really gone down hill with there staff! Wouldnt reccomend if looking for polite staff and a enjoyable experience, you will be disappointed!!
