Dacotah Bank

Was very disappointed with service and the way they treat people who have excellent credit and many years as a good customer. They have the attitude and actions that show disrespect and insult to anyone of inteligence. Play games and waste your time while laughing in your face. Run my Ms. around in circles and told her to go see another banker at different location of theirs. She played phone tag with them and went in to Bank in person and was left sitting in waiting area. Then gets call from Banker saying she knows nothing about it and start from square one with credit checks, appraisals and estimates. We did all this and will not be belittled or ignored by anyone in this manner. All a round bad experience and unacceptable to any standards. Don't use this bank or recommend it to anyone. They are not worth another second of my time.
