New location here in North York. Huge menu, with so many great looking desserts that we had trouble deciding which one to get. Ended up getting a Strawberry Shortcake Tornado, which was so good that I went back and ordered a second one to bring home for my mom. The portions were huge, much more filling than most dessert places. Customer service is excellent. They checked in multiple times, brought us water, and gave suggestions about the menu. Highly recommend.

Staff were friendly and most of them were wearing masks which i really appreciated! I got the royalty funnel cake, the funnel cake was well made and overall was really good and i would recommend this if you like nutella. Next time, I will get it with the vanilla/chocolate swirl soft serve instead of just chocolate!! The funnel cakes are on the pricey side, however they are large enough to share if you get an extra soft serve on the side. Will be back thank you.

Good funnel cakes. Less than stellar service. When I go to a dessert place, I would expect actual service to the table. But you have to order at the counter. Then pick up your order at the counter. And then you also have to clean up afterwards. So, what’s the point? For the prices they charge for desserts, I would expect full service. This is nothing more than expensive fast food. The only saving grace was that the funnel cake was actually good. We ordered the one with apple and cinnamon. It was delicious. But at $20 for the dessert with close to zero service, it’s not likely we will be returning anytime soon.

Amazing service and quality of food here. We got two scoops of ice cream, a build your own crepe and a new york style cheesecake. I was struggling to decide what additional topping to get with my crepe and the owner suggested a couple of options to me. We also got a serving of whipped cream on the side upon request. All the employees were very friendly and provided good service. Saw a review on here where they said they had to pay for water, we had a very different experience, the staff got us water in cups for free. If you're in the area, check it out. I will definitely be returning!

Amazing I would say exceptional customer service and a very hard-working courteous manager. Great recommendations the manager gave to make selection easier. Not only the quality but the quantity was amazing as well. Excellent vibe and neat, clean environment to sit relax, and enjoy sweets. Overall not only me but my friends had great taste and enjoyed it. It's one of the best dessert places so far I have tried. Great location!

An excellent dessert spot for those with a sweet tooth. It's also nice how late they stay opened for. Dessert portions are reasonable and the presentation is good. Perfect for the Gram. Customer service was impeccable. He explained how and went through the menu with us as the current menu was being overhauled and has not been properly printed at the time of this review.

Ordered a milkshake, strawberry cheesecake. It was great. The interior is very colourful and clean. Good place to take a family as it is a spacious location. The staff was very polite and the service was quick. I would go again and recommend it as a nice place to meet up with family and friends and catch up.

This place is perfect for an evening dessert run. The preparations are fresh and tasty. Before visiting, it felt like the dishes are tad bit expensive, but looking at the portion sizes, they are justified. Will be visiting for sure to try their other varieties. I wish they could also serve smaller portions of their dishes for a lesser price, as each serving size is sufficiently enough for 2-3 adults.

Came to visit on their grand opening and had Oreo & White chocolate and Cookie monster funnel cake. Kids devour the ice cream before I could take a photo. Staffs here are nice and friendly. Funnel cake was delicious. Highly recommended. Will be back again when I'm craving desserts.

Lots of dessert options ranging from soft serve, ice cream, and milkshakes to cakes, crepes, and funnel cakes. The vanilla and chocolate soft serve tasted better than the average kind you get at other fast food places, and the shakes were also decadent and thick. The space is bright and the decor is cute. I could see it getting crowded on weekends, and parking is somewhat limited though that is common among many other places along this stretch of Yonge.
