Ordered food for myself and my staff at 6pm for a 10:00 pm delivery. Gave specific instructions to name of building, don’t use Apple Maps and please call if they are lost. Food was never delivered, Management didn’t help the situation, and had to argue to even get a second order out past 11:30pm. Food was good, not worth the waste of time though.
After an hour and a half I called to see what happened to my food, and the manager said he didn’t know what happened so he would make a new one and send it out. I waited another hour 1:45 AM at this point and called about my food, and insisted my food was delivered and called me. However, I never received anything and never got a phone call, and the door/decor that the driver described black door, Christmas doormat did not match my own door black door, gray mat. The manager said “well I don’t know what to do since he’s got the delivery picture” even though he clearly went to the wrong address, and it took me another few minutes to get a refund. I really have no idea what happened here.
I love DP Dough usually but my most recent order was incredibly disappointing. The calzone was small and sad looking. They used to take up the box and now it was the size of the cup of sauce that it came with. The cheesy Stix too, small and not worth the 7 dollars they were priced at.
Very disappointed in DP Dough since they moved. I used to get the stix that hard tons of Parmesan on top and they were the best. Ordered what I thought was the new equivalent. I was wrong. No Parmesan cheese, just basic cheese bread and it barely filled half the box. So disappointed
Our cheesy bread order was so burnt it was inedible. I can't believe someone let that order leave the kitchen. I will not be ordering from them again. Complete waste of money.
I dont appreciate the rudeness from the tall blonde girl when I called for directions to the new location. Google maps isn't updated and took me to the old location. I drove from Toledo missing DP Dough calzones. Thanks for ruining my night. This younger generation sucks!!!
The food at DP Dough is magnificent. Hits the spot everything. Highly recommended. The only, and only reason I didn't give it five stars is their has been a couple issues. One calzone was made correctly and the other was I waited a little over two hours for my delivery. The delivery issue was caused by shirt staff which is not 100% their fault. Overall highly recommend.
I literally love dp dough, but it’s been like 25 minutes past the time I was supposed to have my calzone delivered. I called twice and the manager said “it looks like our delivery driver is still out with it” like ok bro it’s 3:46 in the morning and I ordered at 2:15 am. I wanna go to bed bro. he was really rude and did not apologize.
They were much better when they originally opened. They have been hiring new people, which is obviously normal. But, said people aren't interested in making food as good as it used to be. I order at least once a week, and lately the calzones and garlic Parm sticks have been off. Yesterday, my calzone still had unbaked dough on the inside. I had to throw it in the oven.
Pretty good calzones. Decent variety. And very reasonable prices.Food: 4/5
