D Edwards Electrical was contracted by our builder to complete the wiring for our new home construction in 2019. We did have a few issues with the quality of some of the work done that had been eventually resolved by Derek. However after the installation it was observed the conduit that allows the main power to feed into our electrical meter was not glued into the meter base resulting in the conduit being removed from the base. I 1st contacted Derek on 4Oct2019 @ 2:39pm informing him of this issue. Derek did come out to the house and looked at the problem and promised he would resolve this. On 2Nov2019 I sent a follow up text asking when this would be resolved with no response. I sent another message on 18Feb2020 asking when this would be resolved On 19Feb2020 I got a response saying he was on vacation and to remind him the following week. On 11Mar2020 I sent derek a reminder message with no response. On 7May2020 I sent another reminder message with no response. On 25May2020 I sent another reminder message and got a response the same day saying he would be working on a house in my area next week and he would resolve this issue then. On 24Feb2021 I sent another message reminding him this issue has not been resolved, I received a response saying the employee he requested to repair this problem is no longer with him and he did not realize this was not resolved and he said he would stop by tomorrow and fix it himself. On 20May2021 I sent another reminder message saying are you going to fix this or not this has been going on for way too long. His response was "I'm on lock down". Needless to say the conversation went down hill from there and the problem was not resolved. EXTREMELY Unprofessional!!!!!!!!Service: Installation
