D&B has the best customer service you will see!  They are so honest and kind.  They have great morals and it shows in their company all the way from top to bottom...it is principles they practice in their private lives as well, you can tell by the way they act.   I will always recommend anyone to their store!

I needed a part for my washer that had broken.  I looked it up on the internet to see if I could purchase it from the internet.  The cost was ridiculously high.  So I went down to D&B Electric and they had the same part I needed for my washer.  They were so friendly and gave me great service.  Plus the part has half the cost and I got it immediately than ordering from the internet and waiting a week for it arrive.

Great guys at D&B Electric.

I only dealt with the receptionist there. I went in to get a part for a washer to fix it with my dad's help. (he is an appliance repair man in WA) I called him while still in the store to make sure it is the right part. He told me he charges $20.00 retail for it and this store wanted to charge me $30.00. She was very put out that I made the phone call in the first place. I mentioned that they were making a VERY good profit off their parts. As I walked away I heard her mumble something under her breath directed to me. I called her as I was driving away and told her I heard her and I thought she was very rude and I would NEVER be back.She didn't care and said that is fine. I have been a receptionist for years and know you should NEVER respond like that no matter how HORRIBLE the customer is. I do not feel I was horrible at all. I am new in town and my husband works out of town. I'm all alone here and just want to make sure my job is as stress free as possible.
