We simply could not have had a better experience with Master Electrical. From the very beginning, Adam did a great job understanding our needs and then pulling some magic to get us a generator in very decent time considering the supply chain issues. He and the crew were top notch. It was a difficult installation due to our layout. The work was of superb quality and masterfully done. Again, such a great experience. Our thanks to the whole team, especially Adam.

If I could have given no stars I would have. We the employees at Mondelez Richmond Virginia plant is on strike and this company has the nerves to cross our line instead of standing in solidarity with us. Whatever work they doing can be done once we have a fair contract and back to work. STAND WITH US AND DO NOT CROSS OUR PICKET LINE. One day you may need us to stand with you.

I called at 6am because I was nervous about an electrical problem. The person who answered the phone was so kind and empathetic and the tech who called me back within 5-10 minutes talked with me to hear about the problem. It’s 6:48 a.m., and he will be here soon. I am grateful for their response and support.

This is an anti union company. They crossed the picket line of nabisco striking employees. I guess like Mondelez, money is the only important thing to them.

Master Electric installed a Tesla Charger and serviced a generator today. The technicians came out at 8 o'clock, right on time. They were knowledgeable and efficient. They also cleaned up their work, including taking away empty box and its contents. The owner, Brad, was pleasant to work with and trustworthy. It was pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend them for electrical work.
