Spectacular service!! Amazing team and so very helpful on all levels.nNice clean job replacing my side window. No litter or glass in the vehicle. They took care to ensure my battery didn’t discharge while they were working. They dropped me off and picked me up when job was done. I can’t say enough about the efficiency and professionalism. Great place. Val was super friendly, courteous and helpful on the phone, when I first called. They got my vehicle in for a new windshield, in a very short and timely manner.nnI so appreciated that, as I had recently sold my vehicle. Then I really wasn’t sure on the timeframe, to get the replacement done.nnAgain, when I first called to inquire, they got all the necessary information and booked me in within a couple of days. Outstanding!nnWhen I arrived, the gentleman I spoke with, greeted me in friendly and courteous manner. We got the necessary paperwork done. He told me approximately how long it would take, asked if I needed a ride or pick up and said they would call, when my vehicle was ready.nnI got that call within the time they said it would take and I returned to get my vehicle. Finalized the paperwork and made the payment. Then I was on my way, with a friendly parting comment and a brand new windshield, so nice! Complete with what seemed, all the windows cleaned on the vehicle as well. So awesome!!nnThe only minor issue I had, was I could have had a bit more information on what exactly I needed to do and bring with me, before getting there.nnWith that said, my situation was a bit confusing though, I admit that. I did call before going, to make sure what I needed to have/bring with me and did find out a couple things, I wasn’t first told about.nnAlso unfortunately, my vehicle was a little dirtier inside. I believe from the installers standing on the door sills, also floor mats very dusty dirty, with what would have appeared to have been dusty/dirty footwear. Just a cloth or rag over that area, or a wipe down after would have been nice.nnOverall again, they still did a fantastic job and were very friendly and courteous.
