D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches

Been going here for a few weeks now with my uncle after I found out he orders from here at least 3 times a week. This time I went to visit him I was with him at home when we placed our order and also he had it on speaker phone. So my uncle was ordering the subs I guess he got a "steak & cheese" mixed up with a "number 9" and the lady proceeded to get pissed after loosing her patients with my uncle who is a Veteran and wasn't even explaining it in a non comprehendable way and we where also buying that and a lg lobster sub which isn't a cheap total for two people. She then got aggravated even just trying to figure out what the bread was that we wanted. Then during that we got a clear comment of "oh my god" as she was getting even more impatient cause of a simple order. There was no reason for this and the fact that they had everyone's sandwich laid out on the counter waiting for the customers to pick them up shows all that they wanna do is rush out. I then went to pick them up and she apologized after I asked if she was the one who took my order. I wish I got this longer blonde hair older lady's name but she had big silver rings on her right hand Maybe in shape of a skull if I remember. Just all and all a bad experience. She needs a reality check if she thinks she can treat people this way. I'm really gonna try and stir him away from this place as best as I can for this.

Great sandwich shop for years now. It's been good since they opened the doors. Great breads. Rice bowls too!

Usually hit or miss here, last night was a miss. The service team was over whelmed with orders and it showed. Customers were getting impatient and could be seen. My sub wasnt cooked fully. Think i will stay away till stuff gets ironed out.

This location is usually well kept and clean. However, I often find that the evening crew (and there have been many faces through the years coming here) generally are lax at best. I attempted to call ahead this time, and was immediately placed on a hold. So I waited assuming they may be busy. After about ten minutes I deided to drive to the location as we live in town. When I arrived, I found an empty dining area, one customer walked in the door as I was. She placed her order and then I was called on. The staff was friendly enough, but I was literally still on hold as my order was being taken in person. There were a total of four visible employees while I was there. I don't often leave reviews, but this was a bit frustrating.
