Although I haven’t bought a bike here, I have utilized their bike maintenance services countless times. The work completed was fast and professional with very friendly and courteous service. I recently brought a friend by this fall to buy a new Trek mountain bike. I helped him through the process and he was extremely happy with their efforts to find home the right bike and get it set up to his specs. They also have a very large retail space with all types of bikes for all riding styles. Their accessory selection is large including clothing and footwear. Lots of street parking but they also have their own reserved customer only parking which is convenient as they are located on a busy street.

Rented a mountain bike from these guys. Great service, told us where the best trails in the region are, they even sent us away with a pump, levers and spare tube to put in our packs for the day. Great bike - Trek Fuel ex 29er Functioned perfectly. No mechanical issues on two days riding. Very cool operation. Would go back

Wow, what a great local bike shop. Amazing team, local knowledge. Ordered my 2018 Rocky Mountain Altitude Carbon through CT. It arrived early, awesome job customizing my bike and literally spent 2 hours in the store just learning about my bike and local trails. Thanks David and team. You guys are amazing.

I had an issue with my Smith Forefront helmet and emailed CT on Labour Day...Matt responded the same day even though they were closed. Matt also provided a top notch customer service solution to my problem. Keep it up Cycle Therapy.

This team knows their stuff - Local trail knowledge, gear, repairs and sales. Got my wife's bike tricked out with a new reverb dropper post and new brakes, kids got new Trek 20's and they've been great with repairs to my Rocky Mountain Altitude 770. They also do group rides on the road and trails...stoked!
