One of the guys opened up the store past hours to help me out. Not only that, they also kept the store open for another half an hour the following day so that i could pick up my order. Good technical knowledge and fantastic customer service!
Gave my bike a quick tune up with excellent service and very timely. Will definitely return for my regular bike check-ups!
Consistently the worst service I have received from a bike shop. After multiple botched jobs, rude service and downright lazy servicing skills I can only advise to avoid at all costs.
Having brought a new bike from them they wouldn't honor any kind of warranty on my 4 month old bike. The bike mechanic has poor customer skills. I regret buying my bike from them.
