Helpful front-end staff and pharmacy staff gets to know you by name and is very helpful

This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this store. The first time, I was being rung out and the employees were chatting it up, completely ignoring me. I tried to join in on the conversation they were having but was immediately shut down by blank stairs and dirty looks. Well excuse me for trying to join in on an open conversation you shouldn't be having while ringing customers out. After being ignored the employee who was ringing me out didn't even notice my coupon wasn't added until I had to intrupt her conversation to notify her. After everything was all said and done she didn't even have the decency to wish me a good day or have any kind of friendly closing. So I did it for her and wished her a great day with a smile. Even though they were completely rude to me I chose to not stoop to their level. Thank you for making me feel completely awkward and uncomfortable, your customer service is horrible and just plain rude. I let it go and told myself it was a one time thing. Now my second time I just had was fine, employee was friendly and nice. Until the end, the receipt machine was jammed and the line of customer behind me started to grow. She told me she didn't know how to reprint the reciept. She then asked me if she could help the other customers and then take care of me. Umm to say the least anyone with common courtesy knows you handle the customer infront of you and if you need help to call for assistance. Instead she wanted to push me aside to take care of customers who were behind me and not even call for assistance as I wait for her to be done with the people behind me. This problem was not handle correctly at all. I left without my reciept because of her incompetence. This stores employees needs a lot of training on customer service. Do not expect to see my face in this store unless my supervisor is in dyer need of something.
