GREAT SALON, FANTASTIC STYLIST After a disappointing experience at a different salon, Kristy did an excellent job and resurrected my hair. Conveniently located on the corner of Kensington road and 10th street this salon has lots of space inside and a nice atmosphere. Kristy did a great job blending roots and grown out dye. I was left with a beautiful head of hair that was shiny and very healthy. I have blonde and dry hair but don't feel any damage from the highlights, she did a great job with my delicate hair. Her service was efficient but not rushed. She is very skilled and the highlights are very narrow very natural looking and follow a pattern of sunlight on your head. Very reasonably priced for excellent service. 10/10 :
This is a team of absolute experts. It's to the point where I just sit in the chair and let Kerrie do what she does best. It's rare that I tell her what I want as she knows what's best. She's been doing my hair for 25 years and not once have I been disappointed. A total gem of a salon.Services: Hair coloring
Shane is the best damn hair stylist in the city hands down. Can make a nice clean cut or something inventive and edgy. Always takes his time and gets to know your hair before he starts chopping. You can sense an expert when you see him in action. And if you respect yourself, get your hair coloured by Kerrie. This dream team can do it all. We've seen some amazing hair styles come out of hair competitions from them, as well and trusted and we're blown away with them for my wife's hair for her wedding. They're great people that will take care of you. 6 out of 5 stars.
As a business woman in the 60+ zone, having Shayne take care of my hair needs has been such a godsend. HIs knowledge and expertise, along with his ability to be a great listener, has provided me with cuts and colors above my expectations that fit both my professional and outdoor activities. Thank you Shayne and Kerri for taking such great care in all you do!
I've been going here for a few years now I absolutely love Shayne and Kerri. They definitely stand by their work I've been trying to go red the last three months and although it hasn't held the past two times, we've tried again one more time and the colour suggest turned out phenomenal and we thinks it's going to hold this time. Thank you so much for your amazing work!

The Cutting Room Floor is the absolute BEST. After having Shayne cut and colour my hair for a few years, I have ZERO to desire to go anywhere else. He really takes the time to listen and understand what you want and why want it, and also to get to know your hair type. I went to excessively expensive downtown salons for awhile but only felt like I got ok results. I'm always happy with every visit to Shayne at The Cutting Room Floor. Absolutely worth every penny.
