Universal Hair Studio

On Sep 12th, 2022 I walked into this salon with healthy hair only to have it damaged beyond repair with the service not completed. I have spent over $1500 since trying to save it. When I booked my appt I explained exactly what was required. I told Francis I needed only my roots done and that my hair grabbed toner. He assured me he could do the treatment. He definitely could not. My hair ended up being over toned which required bleaching of the full head. A total disaster. He is a lovely gentleman. I'm sure he does other styles well, but blondes should not consider this salon. I would much rather he just told me up front that blondes are not their specialty.

This place is awesome, the , conversation, the location, the atmosphere, most importantly it's clean.
