Mary Woods is highly skilled and knowledgable. If you have rare pelvic health issues like PGAD, she is the one to see.

The entire team made me feel comfortable, safe, and supported. As a trauma survivor, finding a clinic and practitioner to make you feel in control and calm is really important, and I found that here. As a physio myself, I would highly recommend!

Mary works miracles. If you are experiencing post partum pelvic pain or intimate pain. GO. NOW. 10 months of issues basically fixed in 2 sessions 

Mary is amazing I went to her for pelvic floor physiotherapy after having a baby and she is very thorough, caring, knowledgeable I would recommend any woman postpartum to see her.

Following the delivery of my son I had awful tailbone pain. Working with Mary was the best experience I had with a medical professional in the experience of trying to be pain free. She truly cared about helping with my pain. I recommend Cura to anyone for pelvic floor Physio following labor/delivery/pregnancy!
