Super friendly staff! Was great that it was open past 10PM. We were invited to sit down while we waited for our food and drinks! We got a free tote bag because we spent over $25 too. My friend got the cheese egg waffle, fried beef balls and classic milk tea, enjoyed all of them! I loved my Taro Milk tea. Will definitely be coming back!
Great service. I liked hazelnut pearl tea! Not a big fan of green tea though. The ambience is too good. The order is taken in a very detailed manner which covers your required sugar level, ice level. The packaging is very neat.Food: 4/5
They had a mango sago special. When I ordered, no sago. They said to chose another topping and when I chose one they added extra fees. And man… this sago drink was so icy. I was drinking crushed ice. Now about the matcha bubble waffle, SO DRY. Probably by far the best place to get the driest bubble waffles that flake. And it didn’t even taste like matcha….Customer service: woman had a bad attitude and was understaffed. Nobody in the store and she took 25 min to make my order.
First time at this store and we were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance. The barista was kind and very fast. We ordered green milk tea, coffee milk tea, curry fish balls and matcha bubble waffle. My drink was perfectly made, just as I customized. My favourite was the waffle, the best I’ve ever had to be honest. Definitely a must try.
Whether you prefer classic flavors like taro or matcha, or fruit-infused teas, they have an extensive menu that caters to all tastes. But what sets this bubble tea store apart is their incredible selection of egg waffles. I ordered the Classic Egg Waffle and Chocolate Egg Waffle. These golden, crispy treats are freshly made and served piping hot! Yummy!
I ordered from Ubereats a “milky mango sago” and what I received was a sour and congealed mango drink. This was less than hour of receiving the drink. And they also had a BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE waffle but they ripped ONE in half and gave it as two.
Great service, but the prices and taste are mediocre. The lady was super nice and there was only once person working, but served my large group very quickly and with great kindness. The drink however does not match up with other bubble tea places. I think they should lower their prices as well because they are a lot more expensive compared to other places. Reccomend as a one time try.
It’s nothing like the milk tea I had in HK. The tea was too diluted, the bubble was a far cry from any other bubble tea chain in Toronto. The server might be having a bad day and behaved like she hated her job. Would not recommendFood: 1/5
Was genuinely shocked by my experience here. My friend and I went late night, maybe 30 minutes before closing, so I do understand if the workers were tired or not in the mood. But, the quality of our food was genuinely awful. We got the new japanese bread with condensed milk, and my friend ordered the hot chocolate hazelnut milk tea. The bread looked like a hot dog bun, felt like a hot dog bun, and tasted like a hot dog bun. It was still edible due to the condensed milk, but the drink was actually so terrible she had to throw it away. I would not be surprised if it was just water and nesquick, because that’s truly what it tasted like. It was powdery, watery, and just not good. It felt like we were drinking dirty chocolate water. The other issue is that the drink was NINE dollars. Nine dollars for a small, disgusting drink. I don’t recommend that anyone goes here.
The chocolate flavour is 1 order and the croissant flavour is BOGO buy 1 get 1 free. This is such a deceiving marketing strategy. I’m ashamed to have supported your business for years…Food: 1/5
