Cupcakes At Highstreet

Terrible customer service, whoever it was working today at 2pm. I hate leaving negetive reviews and I never do so this is how bad the customer service was that I received today. It's too bad because this place used to be good.

Great place to get cupcakes. I had them do a custom design up for my son that loves bats. They were such a hit that I had to come back the second year to get them again. Probably would have done it again this year if not for the pandemic.

Quality has declined over the years, while icing to cupcake ratio has increased. For a single serving regular-sized cupcake, you're looking at approximately 45% icing, 55% cupcake. Tasty but not worth the money anymore, despite it being expensive in the first place.

Based on other reviews I was skeptical of the quality. The cupcakes we had were fresh and quite tasty. They also have vegan options which my wife said were also very good. Service was quick and the store was clean and welcoming.

cupcakes were stale? absolutely gross! and the worker i dealt with on Jan 17/2020 at 4:20pm was TERRIBLE and RUDE. Acted as if she didn't want to work there one bit.

I can’t understand why the cupcakes I purchased were all so bad. Some were overcooked and dry like the red velvet; others outright tasted nothing like food - the s’more cupcake was waxy and stale. It was inedible, like eating a Lush bath bomb. So bizarre and disappointing, and a waste of $20.
