Today I received the wrong order in the drive thru. The number on my window said 19 and I was accidentally given the order for number 91. I didn't realize until I was a few blocks away. I returned to the drive thru where they apologized profusely, gave me my original order, a fresh order, and a pint of ice cream. I was incredibly impressed with how they handled the situation and how friendly and apologetic each and every staff member was.

Went through drive thru. We had good service and good food. The wait was average for a Culver's.

Love this place! Wish we had them in the Vegas area. Food is fresh meaning you wait a little longer but it is worth the wait. They have amazing burgers and custard.
