They updated the interior about a year or so ago. It's very clean inside and the service had always been good. HOWEVER... I don't know why, but their Dr Pepper never taste like actual Dr Pepper. This has ongoing for years, and it's only at this Culver's location. Maybe Coca-Cola is proving them with extra money to throw off the DP taste??? Something to think about..
On January 24th around 7:15 pm, I visited Culver’s. Although I do not remember her name, I just wanted to take the time to say the lady who took my order was truly phenomenal. She was upbeat, genuine, and loved her job. The man at the window also did a great job. I know how hard it is to find good staff with this new generation, so I am very fortunate for this woman! Also thanks getting Coke products.
Witnessed worst customer service I've ever seen at a Culver's. We were eating our lunch and a worker was carrying a tray through the dining room looking for the table to deliver it to. Another customer eating her food politely asked them "excuse me could I please get some napkins?" The worker didn't even verbally respond and pointed toward the area with condiments and walked away. It was obvious to us the lady eating her lunch was handicap and would have been hard for her to get up and get the napkins. I brought her napkins and she very much appreciated it. I regret now not going to management to point out which worker did that. I didn't catch her name.
I waited almost 30 minutes for my food . Once I got it everything was cold and they tried to give me a coupon for free food . The food was old and they wrapped my chicken tenders in a bag
Haven't gotten my order wrong ever, not once! Cooked is always great. Fast polite service whether dine in or drive thru. Definitely one of the better fast foods on this side of town!!Food: 5/5
I was just there and so was everyone else in Milwaukee. The Culver’s employees deserve a raise, never seen a group of people work that hard or that quickly. I would have quit on the spot.
This place has always been nice. They messed up my order one time, and the manager apologized and gave me a coupon. They food is always fresh. But they always busy too.Food: 5/5
I've been to culvers 100s of times and never had a long wait or a item ever wrong. Today 13 minute wait with zero drive threw line and my burger was wrong and cold. Not sure how that was even possible I always thought culvers was perfect
Went thru drive thru. Had to park and wait for order due to busy time. Was given wrong food. Took food back and given correct order. Staff was nice.Atmosphere: 4/5
We stopped in for an ice cream treat Friday evening. There was more staff than customers! While our order was made & delivered correctly the high schoolers working there looked & acted like they were miserable!Food: 5/5
