So disappointed! I ordered the dbl pub burger and got a hamburger on sourdough bread with onions and it was a HUGE soggy mess and NOT EVEN CLOSE TO MY ORDER! My ice cream was VERY disappointing because i never reached halfway and i have nothing but vanilla ice cream! I live too far away to go back and just want my money back for this! Just a word of advice check your food before you leave! I've never had this ever at culvers because manitowoc culvers knows what to do but obviously not anymore!
So this is Ketchup, mustard, onions, pickles. EVERY TIME they screw it up. These burgers are soooo good, too bad the staff can NEVER get it right! Three strikes.
The veggie burger is not some gruesome impossible burger, they're made with toasted garbanzo beans and tasty. Their fish sandwiches are pretty good. Be specific while ordering. Make sure they're paying attention. They have their takeout process down pat. Chicken fat in the broccoli cheese soup..to bad, it could be a vegetarian favorite.
Culvers is great! The kids working are great team workers and the owner is very personable if he sees you. Food is great, kids are always happy and price of a kids meal that includes ice cream is very reasonable.
Their Cod fish dinner was so wonderful. The service could not have been better. The cheese curds were hot and delicious. Very large menu. I'll be back!
Love the food but the drive thru is always 10-15 cars long. I've seen the line longer too. It's worth the wait if you have the time.Food: 5/5
Service was a little shotie and I ask for the bun on the side and didn't even get a bun so a little upset about that but other then that it's a great place to eat just be clear when ordering in the drive thru and I mean CLEAR!!Food: 5/5

Very poor service. How can miss place an order for one ice cream in a cup. After waiting forever I finally asked about my order. They couldn't locate it. But they did immediately give me my ice cream order. Not sure how they screwed up. I have never had bad service before.
Supposedly made when ordered but placed the order and payed with 2 minutes and immediately was handed a bag with mushroom and swiss burger and fries. Burger was mushy and a messy on the outside of bun thus very messy hands from eating. Fries were warm and almost cold after the 4 minute drive home. It is very rare for me to go to Mequon's location and normally go to Brown Deer location for better made food and hot!
