Cuddles Cat Care

Cuddles has always taken great care of our two cats while we were out of town on trips over the last 4 years. April and her team are great with the animals and are quick to provide updates or respond to additional requests. Cuddles is my go to cat care service and we will be using them again this year.

We’ve been using them for several years and they are reliable in terms of always showing up, feeding the cat, and cleaning the litter. In the last couple of years, we moved to a new house that has a time stamped video doorbell and electronic lock. So we know how long they spend at the house. We saw that she was only spending 7 to 18 minutes in the house, despite the fact that the website says that they’ll spend 35 minutes. We asked her to please spend the full time because our cat gets really lonely and we wanted to make sure he had someone in the house for the maximum time. She agreed that she would do that, but the next time she came, nothing changed. Very disappointing! Don’t say you’ll spend 35 minutes if you aren’t going to do that. We have stopped using this company as a result.

I've always been pleased with the services provided by April with Cuddles Cat Care. The cats have always been well looked after and it is a relief to know that my pets are comfortable in their own home.

April is a god sent for us!!! We never worry about our cat when we go out of town, we know he is well taken care of. She is a person we rely on that we never see : If you are need of any of the services they provide I say use them, you will not be disappointed.

April at cuddles cat care was amazing when she watched my boy. She spent time and played with him and when I came home he was so happy. It was almost like I wasn’t away. Thank you so much. I will definitely be using your services again! Thank you Kim & Tubby
