Staff is great! But it still could use another elevator.  When I moved in the network was down but Sean kept calling IT and trying different things 'til I could my lease and unload. The huge old freight elevator is a bottleneck, but the staff will bring it back down and make sure everyone can use it.

Completely Opposite of so called competitors. Here, they seem to have an understanding of the needs one has. When they say they'll work their best, they do just that. At the end of the day, everyone's happy.

The manager, Sean Whitehurst, went above and beyond to help me during a stressful period in my life. I had recently lost my home and had nowhere to store any of my possessions. He stayed around to help me during my first time here, even though it was about 10 minutes after his shift had ended and the facility was closed. He talked me through the storage process and operated the lift with me. He also offered some extremely kind words of support when I told him what I was going through. Sean is the rare kind of individual that shows true compassion to complete strangers. A+ service, and I wish him the best.

Older building that has been cleaned up and storage units are solid and large. Don't let the building fool you, inside everything is neat and orderly. They quick clean out units that are unpaid and leave no trash or mess behind like other storage facilities.

The manager Elaine Sotomayor was very helpful and got me situated into my unit quickly and easily. The facility is large, there are lifts, dollys, and ladders to make moving in easy and efficient.
