Just called to ask if they had a self serve salad bar. I was politely told no, but told they could transfer me to the deli and they could build me something! I declined as it wasn't urgent, but thought " what great customer service to offer!"

Store is well laid out and clean. Prices reasonable. The associate that was at the register was very friendly. My issue is with the associates in the aisle including the store manager. Not one of them offered a greeting or asked if I could use some help. This store does not offer baggers nor do they offer assistance to the vehicle. Can't hold a candle with the likes of Publix or Fairway Foods.

Went and stood in line at Cub in Northfield to checkout and a wonderful cashier named Liz Truman saw another lane should be open and tool action. Liz was engaging, smiled and was very pleasant and cheered me up on such a hot day. Thank you Liz for your great work and attitude!

I signed up for the digital rewards card and the customer service rep/cashier was very helpful with guiding me through it.

Have not been to Cub in awhile. They had the little oranges on sale so I stoped in. But as usual they were out. Not going back. This store sucks.
