Crystal Tavern

I was only here for one night and day for work so I wasn't able to participate in alot of events. However, the resort is beautiful, clean, staff very nice and helpful. I would love to come back again on personal time to experience more.

Worse food I ever had. Ordered the brisket took 2 bites left rest . Very salty. Waitress didn't even ask if there was a problem. Then charged drinks on my bill that I didn't even order. Was very happy with Restaurant Latour. Would highly recommend .

Great food with a great view. Also fantastic customer service. I was playing golf at the Cascades course and bought a few things off of the cart girl on my card. She had to run up to the restaurant to run it through. So it turns out I was overcharged $79 due to my card being swiped for someone else's purchase as well as mine. I had two seperate charges on my card when I checked two days lat I. As compensation, they refunded me the money, bought me multiple beers and picked up my food tab. $50 worth of food and beverage. Outstanding treatment for a simple mishap. Definitely going back very soon! Donna and Cindy were the two that took care of me!

Went for a dinner and the food was average, but for the price I expected a bit more than average. Service started out bad here's why. We had a reservation weeks before because we were staying at the hotel. Our reservation was for a seat near the windows, they sat us by the entrance to the restaurant, furthest spot from the windows. When we told them we had a reservation and had requested a window seat to watch the sunset they told us they didn't have any available. We then pointed out two tables that were open. Begrudgingly they obliged our request, again a request that was made weeks before. Not a good start but that doesn't mean we wouldn't go back, we wouldn't go back because you can get so much better food for the same if not less somewhere else.
