Great service and good gear. Shops are small compared to some resorts. No big deal though. I really like the staff and they have a Great area dedicated to little kid's complete with daycare. I love the gentle slope for teaching skiing.  Crystal is awesome for powder after a dump.

They've improved a lot this season after my previous 3 star review!
Skis and boots are new, and are pretty good. I've enjoyed skiing in them. Not as great a Whistler though, so only 4.
Decently well organized, and people are nice.

Take the gondola to the top and enjoy the view.  If you are able, walk down and enjoy the nature!

Fast friendly service by a small army of knowledgeable smiling people. They have all the equipment you need to be out fitted for a day on the slopes. Check in and check out quick and simple.

The rental shop at Crystal mountain is a bit pricey but the staff is extremely helpful and very fast.
